Millennium Park Phone Mast Appeal

An Appeal has been lodged with the Scottish Ministers for the Installation of Telecommunications Equipment in the verge adjoining the Millennium Park. The original application was refused by Perth and Kinross Council.

The Appeal will be disposed of on the basis of written submissions. As a Community Council we still think that the proposed location is completely inappropriate and shall continue to oppose this Application for all the reasons already stated.  We understand that the proprietors of neighbouring locations might be prepared to allow the mast but a rental would have to be paid.
