Rio- response from PKC

We have at last heard from PKC in reponse to our letters and requests for information.

Having looked at the Risk Assessment we still have objections.

None of the safety issues have been resolved. We therefore question how opening the facility can be considered at this stage.

We have had no reply to our request for details of the final cost.
