Shore Road Action Goes On

We continue to argue against the Waste to Energy Incinerator at Shore Road. We have gone on gathering information and have had meetings with PKC officials.

Community Councillor Dave Beattie (a retired engineer with experience of incinerators) has been asked to speak to Carse of Gowrie Community Council as they are also concerned about the effect on their community.

Perth Civic Trust is to hold a meeting on 27th August in the A K Bell Library at which the public will be able to ask questions.

We are glad that we are gaining support and that others are taking an interest. It is by no means certain that this application will not succeed.
