Murray Royal Hospital Planning Application Approved

Perth & Kinross Council today approved the planning application for the development of the new hospital facilities. We are pleased that the development will go ahead. However we are deeply disappointed that despite our years of lobbying nothing is to be done about the traffic problems at Bridgend, Lochie Brae and Muirhall Road.

A crumb of comfort is that a pavement is to be installed alongside the Millennium Park.

The applicant also has to discuss screening Annat Coach House from intrusion by headlights.

PKC also approved the demolition of  Elcho and Birnam wards, the villas which flank the chapel.
