Housing at Fernhill/Bellwood Park

Edinmore has applied for planning consent for four houses between Fernhill and Bellwood Park. The Planning Application Reference Number is 10/00514/IPL. The last day for comments on this application is the 7 May 2010. 

The Community Council has objected to this application. The site is designated in the adopted plan as an Area of Great Landscape Value and there are not material grounds for departing from the presumption against development.  The other main objection is about infra-structure isues.
