Fernhill/Bellwood application refused

The planning application by Edinmore to build 4 houses in the area of ground between Fernhill and Bellwood Park has been refused.

The Community Council objected to this application as the site is designated in the adopted plan as an Area of Great Landscape Value and there were no material grounds for departing from the presumption against development.  The other main objection related to infra-structure.
