We have several businesses in our area but we also have many unoccupied properties. The commercial viability of our area is fragile. Many of these businesses were badly affected by the flooding in July but are trying to reestablish themselves.

There are places to park and bus stops nearby.

The message for all of us about each of these businesses is "Use it or lose it."
